Filling characteristics:
1. The machine adopts special filling valve and high-power vacuum pump, and the liquid level is consistent after packaging and filling.
2. When filling the bottle mouth, the liquid flows down the bottle wall. It effectively controls the foam caused by the liquid impact during filling and prevents liquid overflow.
3. The machine has the advantages of variable frequency speed regulation, fast filling speed, overload protection device, bottle clamping stop, soft start and elastic bottle supporting device, which can reduce the damage of bottles.
4. The filling volume is adjusted by adding and subtracting the gasket on the filling valve, which is convenient and fast.

Sweet cider
Apple juice is semi fermented in an open container. It is a non foaming wine. When the fermentation density is 1.020-1.025, the fermentation is stopped by sterilization or cooling. It can also be made from whole fermented cider (dry cider) with sugar or sterilized unfermented apple juice.
Dry cider
It's a fully fermented cider, usually called hard cider. The apple juice was fermented until its specific gravity reached 1.005. It is similar to non bubbling wine, but its alcohol content is about 4.5% - 7%, while the alcohol content in wine is 7% - 14%.
Sparkling sweet cider
It ferments apple juice until it has just frothed, in which the alcohol content (volume content) is less than 1%. Fermentation is carried out in a closed container, and filtration and filling are also completed in a closed system, so as to avoid the escape of carbon dioxide gas produced by fermentation. The pressure of carbon dioxide in wine is generally 0.2-0.3 MPa.
Sparkling cider
It contains carbon dioxide gas, but does not retain all the carbon dioxide produced during fermentation. The alcohol content of cider was 3.5%, and the sugar content was low.
Apple cider
All kinds of cider are filled with commercially available carbon dioxide gas, which is called gas cider or carbonated cider. Attention should be paid to the difference between cider and natural fermented cider with gas. For cider, the CO2 pressure is 0.28-0.35mpa.
Champagne cider
Champagne comes from the French province of champagne Ardenne. According to the French wine law, champagne must be white wine with carbon dioxide produced in the French province of Champaign, while the same quality wine produced in other regions is called sparkling wine. The manufacture of champagne cider is similar to that of champagne. The pressure of carbon dioxide in cider is 0.5-0.6mpa.
