This equipment is mainly beer filling equipment, which integrates bottle filling and sealing. The whole process is automatically controlled by CIP, with compact structure and convenient operation.
1) The filling cylinder, filling valve and all parts of single machine contacting with materials are made of food grade stainless steel 304. All interfaces are connected by flexible pipe ventilation protection welding. All sensor interfaces on the wine can are butterfly valves. It not only has good corrosion resistance, but also is easy to clean.
2) The worktable is covered with stainless steel plate 304 and tightly sealed to protect the driving device in the base and facilitate the cleaning of the worktable to keep it clean.
3) Filling valve we use beer valve, more than two vacuum filling sealing machine filling valve with high filling efficiency, filling without drip loss, exhaust pipe without drip
4) Stepless speed regulation with frequency converter makes speed adjustment extremely convenient.
5) The filling adopts the bottle lifting structure, which has the function of no pop-up can and no valve opening, so as to prevent the loss of filling liquid.
6) The liquid level gauge in the filling cylinder is an electro soluble liquid level gauge, which can automatically control the liquid level height in the cylinder to make the filling valve work stably.
Smooth operation: the design and material selection of bottle conveying channel are reasonable to ensure the smooth supply of bottles.
The bottle guide plate is an engineering plastic product, which can ensure the smooth movement of the bottle at high speed.

Beer filling process is the most complex technology, according to its product characteristics, the requirements for filling machinery is extremely high; usually beer filling process mainly has 10 steps:
1 Bottles infeed : Cleaned glass bottles comes into the filling machine through a conveyor belt and bottle screw sepater
2 Vacuum:Pre-vacuum the glass bottle for the purpose of replacing the oxygen in the bottle with CO2
3 Inflating: injecting carbon dioxide gas into the bottle
4 Vacuum again:Vacuum the remaining oxygen in the bottle again
5 pressure balance: Fill the bottle with carbon dioxide gas again and balance the pressure inside the bottle with the pressure inside the tank
6 Filling: because of the pressure in the bottle is balanced with the pressure of the filling tank, forming equal pressure, the filling valve was opened under the action of spring automatically , at this time the beer flows into the bottle under the action of gravity, and the gas in the bottle enters the tank through the gas return tube of the filling valve
7, Closing valve: when the liquid level reaches the position of the exhaust hole of the gas return tube, because the liquid has closed the gas return tube, it can not continue to discharge the gas, and the liquid can not continue filling, the bottle has been filled, the filling is finished, and close the filling valve.
8, Exhaust pressure : the bottle at the end of filling before leaving the filling valve, the filling valve exhaust will slowly release the pressure inside the bottle.
9, Bubble: After the filled bottle is removed out from the filling valve, a high pressure water drops inject in bottle to creat foam (usually hot water is used), a certain amount of foam is produced in the bottle, and the oxygen in the bottle mouth space is discharged
10,Capping: the last step is Capping, after capping and sealing, the bottle filling process is finished, the bottles come to pasteurizing process.
