Operation steps:
1. After the machine is installed, adjust the filling track and bottle plate to level (adjust the anchor screw).
2. The tank is full of liquid.
3. All electrical switches are in the off position.
4. Insert the bottle to be filled into the tooling box.
5. Connect the external power supply, the power socket must be a three pin socket, and have a reliable grounding wire, in case of shell leakage.
6. Turn the machine power switch to on, and the power indicator light is on, indicating that the power is on.
7. The filling frame is supported by the support plate of the filling frame, so that the filling frame will not go down when adjusting the filling, and the liquid box for debugging is placed under the filling head.
8. Push the positioning sleeve on the filling head upward with fingers. The positioning sleeve shall be able to move up and down flexibly, and the filling needle in it shall be exposed or retracted without obstruction.
9. Turn the switch under the liquid storage barrel to the on position, so that the liquid medicine can flow into the main metering pump.
10. Adjust the screw on the crank according to the total amount of each bottle filling.
11. Turn the knob of the filling speed regulating board to about 20 degrees, and then turn the switch on the filling speed regulating board to the on position. At this time, the master metering pump works, the liquid medicine flows out from the output pipe of the historical significance of the master metering, the dosage cup is used to measure, and then the crank screw is fine tuned. Close the switch of filling speed regulating board and reset the output pipe of master metering pump.
12. Turn the switch of filling speed regulating board to the on position, and the master metering pump works. The liquid enters the liquid distributor through the output pipe of the master metering pump, and then flows out from the needle tube through the liquid quantity fine-tuning device. Measure the liquid quantity with the measuring cylinder, and carefully adjust the liquid quantity fine-tuning device. When the liquid outflow from each filling head is the set quantity, tighten the liquid quantity fine-tuning nut, cover the shell of the filling head, and loosen the support plate of the filling frame.
13. First of all, check the bottle handling track to see if the tooling box of the moving box is smooth. After confirming that there is no other abnormality, turn the bottle handling switch to on, the bottle handling chain plate rotates, and the tooling box moves to the filling track in sequence and enters the filling track. The bottle pushing plate pushes the tooling to make the medicine bottle move towards the filling head (there is no need to take out the mixing container in this process). When the bottle is pushed underneath the filling head, the downhole positioning sleeve of the filling frame automatically identifies the bottle mouth, the spray needle is inserted into the bottle mouth, the liquid flows out, and the spray needle slowly rises to the bottom when filling, so that the foam can be eliminated, and after filling, the filling support reaches upward. The filling head also rises up and leaves the bottle mouth. Under the action of the bottle pushing plate, the tooling box is pushed out of the filling area, and the next filling starts.
