The juice beverage production line can meet the technical requirements of hot filling below 95 ℃, no sanitary dead angle is found in the filling valve and material inlet and outlet pipeline, CIP self-cleaning interface is provided, and RO water flushing device is set at the bottle mouth before the closure to ensure that the bottle mouth is free of mildew. The magnetic torque type screw head is used to realize the function of catching and screwing the cover. The screw cap torque is stepless adjustable, and has the function of constant force moment rotating plastic cover. The juice beverage machinery adopts advanced technology such as human-machine interface touch screen control, PLC computer program control, frequency converter control, etc., which has the functions of automatic control of cover supply system, automatic detection of filling temperature, high temperature alarm of materials, low temperature shutdown and automatic return, no bottle without capping, bottle waiting, and cover failure.
